After completing high school, I took advantage of my Portuguese nationality to explore Europe. I lived in Dublin - Ireland, for a year and a half, where I worked as a barista during that time. I have always enjoyed elevating the customer experience. After that period, I worked at Starbucks in Porto - Portugal, where I learned to work as a team for a year. When I returned to Brazil, I decided that I wanted to improve the user experience on a large scale, along with my passion for technology, actually impacting people's lives, which is when I entered the product design field.
